Two of the key findings are:

➡️ The considerable emotional labour involved in patient feedback

➡️ Direct changes from individual feedback stories were limited but change can occur in other ways

I also found a similar experience of this within the Scottish system too - huge amount of time and delays in trying to get the research approvals... Glad to see others publishing on this topic. Hopefully it will lead to improvement?
