My 31st birthday is next month.

My 30th year was one of my darkest. I was insanely depressed, high anxiety, had panic attacks. One of my lowest and I would just smoke to forget.

I’m now sober. I feel awake. I’m on the other side and grateful to be alive.

No starvation, no fad diet, no diet pills.

Just tracking my meals, 500 cal deficit, workout HARD (one hour), walk a lot, drink a lot of water.
