7 years ago we found that writing a to-do list before bed helped people fall asleep quicker. It made the media rounds back then and somehow still continues to do so today #sleeppeeps

Wow, thatโs a lot of caffeine so checking this is def important!Also the water retention point is a good one, as nocturnal could be a factor.

Thanks for sharing this study @skjerns.bsky.social. It was an interesting read - they had one person report side effects of nightmares and another tiredness but no sleep disruption. Iโd still be curious if there is an effect for some people prone to insomnia :-)

Creatine is becoming more popular in Australia (more patients are on it) and I am hearing anecdotal reports about it worsening sleep, but I am keen to hear your thoughts?
