My usual go to is sliced apples, cheese, peanut butter, pickles, olives, and whatever fruit preserves I have in my fridge. Though I realize this may not qualify as low fat. My primary concerns are low carb and high sodium for my health issues.

I’ve been subscribed to (HBO) Max for years because they had the best selection of Scooby-Doo on streaming… the last 3 months they have rapidly removed all but 4 (5?) titles which makes me very unhappy. That combined with their continued association with JKR means I’m not renewing my subscription.

Okay, but I don’t have any friends that are geographically convenient to sleep with 🤔

So instead of making more jewelry I’m going to use my pearls and crystals and beads in embroidery.

My substantial collection of delicas, freshwater pearls, and Swarovski crystals I have found. Sterling silver clasps, ear wires, and chains I have not. 😕

So I have found *most* of the art and supplies I’ve had packed away for the last 5(ish) years… however I cannot find jewelry I know I made and jewelry supplies I know I had. It’s very frustrating to have photos on my phone of jewelry I made but can’t find and all my sterling silver is missing.

fwiw, the weather app I prefer (Carrot) also has air quality info for my local area.
