🙌Last weekend, we held our annual TEAM meeting & Regional Council in Ljubljana. It was a pleasure to connect with our members, partners & other health organisations. We exchanged ideas and explored inspiring initiatives all united by a shared goal: improving the lives of people living with diabetes.
