10 mile run this morning. No trains but a lovely sunrise just starting to appear.

Same, although for me I think it covers 90% of all TV shows 🤣

Thank you, it was my quickest since the Harwich half. Plenty of time to try and maintain that pace over longer distances before I attempt my first marathon in April.

16 mile run today and included a run to Ardleigh where I stopped for a bit to see this whizz under the bridge I was standing on.

I'm doing a long run every Wednesday now and spending too much time working out what routes I can do to maximise the distance.

I have worked out i can probably do 16 miles in the village/surrounding villages safely ish but I think I may have to use a treadmill in the short winter days.

Took a different route to run on Wednesday 🙂🚅
