I like to give affirmations while I give diaper changes. Telling my little how proud I am of them. How much they’ve accomplished, how great they are, and how much I love them. All while they hold onto a teddy bear, and I rub their tummy. That good wholesome caregiving that makes them melt. 💚 😘🥰
