I’m collecting biz problems. Specific questions for me to answer.
Do you have anything that’s a challenge - in relation to marketing, doing lots of things, having lots of ideas, being creative (whatever that means to you), planning things, making new ideas happen?
Send me a message 🙂

What do you think? How would you define it?
Creative misfits. What does that description say to you? Is it you? Who is it? I’d love to know your thoughts.
A quick Sunday morning question.
Finally someone has realised I am a genius - thanks Spelling Bee.
I’ve been going through my notes on things clients have said about me. Here is a new collection of comments.
Everyone needs a copy (pdf) of “A Guide To Ideas In 22 Doodles”.
Or at least I think so, because I’m pleased with it.
I think it perfectly encapsulates ideas and how they behave in the wild. And why you need to look after them carefully.
You can buy yours for £3.33 + VAT:

Also good advice for other types of communication, like social media 🙂.

Today I wrote a book. Well doodled a book. 22 doodles, 33 pages.
It’s called A Guide To Ideas. It’s my observations on ideas. No tips or advice or checklists. Just doodles.

What happens when ideas get forgotten about? Perhaps they go here….
Appropriately I was living in Birmingham when that was released. May even have seen them play live. Possibly. But I forget now who I’ve seen and haven’t seen.
I’ve just realised that Substack sounds a bit like Love Shack, so you could actually sing a song about it.
Piece of paper that has the word tooth written on it. The piece of paper is in a glass bowl.
Today I have been sharing my office with a tooth. (Which belongs to my 7 year old and it fell out at 4am.)
Seagulls. They are definitely bigger than when I was a child. Saw loads when we went on a day trip to the seaside yesterday.
Those intriguing things often are, aren’t they? I remember finding a cherry Bakewell green tea once and being very disappointed by reality.
I hope you manage to find a solution that works - if you want a chat, you know where I am 🙂
Facebook groups are/were good because people have been on it for other things and then check the groups or see them in their feed. I find it hard to remember to visit groups that are elsewhere - apart from Circle because I’m part of two busy communities there. Others are more effort.
Episode 3 of Creative Conversations (the final one for now) is out now on Substack on audio, and video is on YouTube.

Penguin Awareness Day! I’d forgotten, or I’d have doodled one for the occasion 🙂.
Episode 2 of Creative Conversations is now out on Substack as an audio.
There’s a link on there to the video version if you’d prefer to watch it.

My Amaryllis looks like it’s going to flower soon. I love watching them as the stem gets taller and taller and then the flowers gradually open.
I used to love Twitter back in the day, when I could just post random thoughts and sometimes people would reply and not think I was weird.
I'm not sure I have the brain space for this now, although where else would I share a photo like this that I found while looking for a photo of frost?
