Yes it unfortunately does. I’ve been to the ER a few times thinking I was having a heart attack and couldn’t breathe. It’s so bad at times. I’m learning that getting fresh air helps me. It may be cold where you are but I’d recommend it for even a minute. Sending you lots of love honey, you got this.
