Max Shabanov does everything from the simple play to a highlight reel goal. A very creative mind with dynamic abilities.

He has strong skating mechanics with speed, tight movements, is always a scoring threat with smooth hands in all three zones. The biggest knock in when looking into his game is his small stature.
Shabanov can get around defenders and is able to use all 200-feet of the ice. He possesses some incredible skills with consistency and is a dynamic playmaker who can creates space.
#LetsGoFlyers have reportedly been rumoured to have interest in Max Shabanov, 24, from the Traktor Chelyabinsk (KHL).

I just spoke with #LetsGoFlyers prospect Austin Moline, what a great kid and a promising draft pick.
He spoke about how excited he is to be a #Flyers pick, loves the atmosphere, (he watched the #ANAvsPHI game on Saturday) and his development!

This season has really been an increase in his defensive play and cutting off outlets or scoring chances, as seen in the clip — forcing the puck to stay in the zone leading to the scoring opportunity.

Ilya Pautov (No. 91) rarely over extends, is quick to recover, great in-close beating goalies and defenders one-on-one. He is constantly in motion making him a natural scoring threat, forcing his way through the opponent or cutting between defenders.
