I’m one of the most “do things in order” type of person and yet the first chapter of MHA I read was chapter 64 (cause that’s when I subbed to Jump). And read backwards for a bit with back issues. Worked out great for me!

Guffaw-level laughs this week, especially when Roboco wrote the editorial hype comments for Akane-banashi and One Piece. Shonen Jump themed chapters are always golden.

I’ve spend the last couple One Piece chapters wondering if Imu can’t use thou/ye verb conjugations correctly or if I can’t.

Discovered some personal relics while visiting my parents.

“Sandy’s Dr. Who theme” had me puzzled for a while, but I think it’s my attempt to play it on an electric piano that records to floppy disk.

(Which is why I have so much unfinished business I’m now working to correct)

As a side note, I had almost 400 hours on that one Ruby game. I recently saw a YoTube comment that incredulously asked how someone could have only 4 badges with 70 hours of play, but those are typical stats for me. Sometimes people care more about having fun training pokes than progressing the plot.

I did finally become the Hoenn League Champion for the first time in my original Ruby game, so there’s that checkbox complete.

Turns out I can’t complete the Pokédex in Gen 3 with the games I have access to, since Ho-Oh/Lugia need to come from Colosseum. But the rest of the Dex will be ridiculously difficult with multiple playthroughs of multiple games, so I guess I’ll cross that bridge if I ever get there.

Was about to say that I never think about any tweets, but realized that’s a lie. I do reference dril’s “help me budget this, my family is dying” all the time.
