he's as good a reason as anything and more!
Please be good
(honestly don't care if it's not "good," the first one falls flat - let's be honest - in the third act and I love it with my whole heart). My soul needs this sequel 🖤

What's annoying? Him getting knocked down a hill? Being the only polite one to the hitchhiker? Getting upset by being cut with an old razor? (and doesn't even freak out as much as the others) Being sad that his jerk friends leave him out of the whole destination of their trip?
Justice for Franklin.
Franklin (played by Paul Alan Partain) in "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" (1974) White man with dark hair and thick dark eyebrows wearing a blue button up shirt. Unseen element, he is in a wheelchair.
Was genuinely shocked to discover that a lot of folks think that Franklin in "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" is annoying.
Second time watching the film, and he's the least annoying of the crew and the only memorable man in the van; honestly, main hero vibes.

this sounds kinda like a "who cares" achievement but its a very exciting milestone for rich guys who are extremely invested in a future where robots they control are slavedrivers and prison guards for the rest of the human population
This is one of the trends that legit gives me hope for the future of humanity
Two hooded figures with lamps approach a moonlit, isolated cottage. A woman answers the door. We have come for the child, says the hooded figure So soon? she asks It is time, says the hooded figure. The woman is distraught. We should never have got him a library card! What is done cannot be undone, says the hooded figure We couldn’t see the harm! We just wanted him to enjoy reading! For most, it ends there, says the hooded figure, turning away and walking into the wilderness Oh lord, What have I done! says the woman, the child walks past her and out into the darkness with them. Do not cry mother. I am a writer now.

L: A young W B Yeats wearing pince nez and a large bow tie. R: A middle-aged Aleister Crowley wearing a large (possibly homburg) black hat and the ‘I’m mad, me’ expression that he always put on for photos
Ah! 19 April – 126th anniversary of the day William Butler Yeats kicked Aleister Crowley downstairs as they fought for control of the British branch of the not-at-all-ridiculous Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn in the Battle of Blythe Road. According to legend, anyway... 🧵

Was chosen by a budgie today.
Poor thing was obviously very tired and hungry. I got it to eat from my hand three times before finally nabbing it with a tea towel.
You'll never know how much future folk love the stupid stuff.
World politics and events?
Pftt!
How a hair product was applied, how a certain fashion style felt worn, a common bedtime routine, the secrets of current makeup?
Gold.
I'm going to start a really pretty notebook (like a big leather one) that is literally 4 things, as much as I can fit/pg:
-Movies with rating&short review
-Current weather
-That day's meal
-One current grumble or joy (books, music, fashion, politics, costs, etc)
You're welcome, Future Historians.
Saw about a dozen loons swimming together this morning (was in car, on bridge, couldn't stop for picture) and realized I'd never seen more than two loons together before.

My personality:
"Ooo, is that a new La Croix?"
"Ooo, is that decaf?"
"Ooo, is that a scarlet tanager?"
"Ooo, is that a new baking show?"
My writing:
"The body was very cold and about ten feet from where she'd left it."
