There is a priority system (roughly the user with the most posts since monitoring started who doesn't have a label gets the next label), but unless site growth slows significantly the process will never catch up as new users are created faster than I can label them with current api constraints.

The real answer is that I wanted to add the ability to add weights to fates in order to make a couple of them really rare, but when testing it was easier to make one much more common to verify it was working and then it seemed funny for a looney-tunes death to be really common so I left it lol

There's a good way to do it (periodically pull details about likes on the specific post), and a very stupid way to do it (scrape the firehose for likes on the post) and I did it the very stupid way. So you may not actually want to follow my example lol.
