wow, thats a lot of compression added to the sound. Is there some way to avoid that?

It looks like its just one patch here, but it was probably around 10 different patches. Rotor blade, rotor turbulence, jet engine, startup engine, button + some more noise patches to fill up the soundscape

Although I mostly do instruments nowadays, I started out by emulating different types of engines and sounds. Here is a helicopter startup I made a couple of years ago.
