I am still genuinely puzzling over why he did anything with transport.

Anyway we take the car and he drops me back at home. And now here I am.

BLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEH. (I really wanted to watch Project Hail Mary dang)

Have to then get us both an UBER back to the casino where we track down his mother who then hits us with “Yeah you can use the car to drop her off at home, I’m not gonna need it until 8 anyway”

…WHICH MEANS WE COULDA JUST TAKEN THE CAR AND MADE THE MOVIE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

But while we’re there he gets bored and just goes “so do you wanna just go home, I guess?”

And I’m like aight and then he goes “Aw my phone is dead.” And he rummages around in this backpack he’s had on him the whole time and then claims he forgot his charger. So I-

So we kinda just meander around the mall for a while and chat until 6-6:30. I convince him to let me look at the book store, which comedically had like the same 6 books from different authors

5:30 and he’s like “aw I guess we’re late. You wanna dash in anyway?” And I declined so he said “how about I treat you to a meal to make up for it?”

…SO HE TOOK ME TO BURGER KING. And the service was so bad they gave me my sauce in an upside down soda cup lid
