I have always loved late 90s collectathon games, and Spyro is a big one for me. I never owned it as a kid, so my memories are mostly from PlayStation demo kiosks at Best Buy, Walmart, etc. I have played a little as an adult, but tonight I am finally starting a full play through! ๐ฅ

I have always loved Konami beat em ups. Turtles in Time is one of my all time favorite SNES games, so it is not often that I get to experience a new one for the first time.
Not too long ago I found out that Batman Returns on the SNES is a true Konami style beat em up, and I was instantly sold.

Having had a pretty limited release when it originally came out, I only ever heard about Gimmick much later through YouTube, and it has been on my radar ever since. I have almost bought repros of it several times over the years, but it was not until the new release that I knew it was finally time.

To say I was hyped for Sonic Adventure as a kid is an understatement. I loved this game growing up and have always wondered how the Japanese release compares to what we played in the US. To wrap up Dreamcast December and 2025, we are jumping into the Japanese version together!
