Just wrapped up a fantastic time at the @isanet.bsky.social conference in Chicago, presenting new work on NATO’s partnerships. Always great to meet and reconnect with colleagues.
Also, PL prisoners are detained as part of a legal process for security offenses, held under int. law and granted basic protection under int. law, including due process and visits. Hostages are civilians (including babies, women, holocaust survivors) taken forcibly and held under duress.
