Being in Florida it’s almost always a palmetto bug and they don’t infest like a German cockroach, they just kinda end up inside depending on the weather, so if they escape me I just let it happen cause I probably won’t ever see it again. But I try to use a hand vaccum or trap and flush. 🥲

There was a palmetto bug in the kitchen the other day and I weakly tried to hit it with a shoe multiple times (it kept moving out of the way cause I was being so hesitant) and then I just put the shoe down and declared the kitchen to be haunted. I…couldn’t do shit….

I either let spiders be or relocate them. I can’t kill cockroaches it squicks me out. At best I will Vaccumn them or trap them and drop them in the toilet to flush. But I can’t like…hit them. I feel so bad.
