A sad but important time to remember this study in Lancet Public Health that found lack of access to gender-congruent government identification was linked to greater odds of suicidality for #trans Americans.

Here is a page of NIH research highlights going back to 2007. Projects funded by NIH have given us progress against Parkinson’s cancer, Alzheimer’s, bipolar, H5N1, blood pressure, food allergies, infertility, MS, HIV, diabetes, depression, malaria, etc.

Hi everyone! 👋 Officially migrating here from Twitter/X. I'm a postdoctoral fellow at Brown University.
