We are currently in this weird limbo stage where we have paying customers but not enough to cover our 3 man team π

I'm 25. A full-stack developer in Slovenia.
My salary is β¬2100/month.
My day job is maintaining legacy code. My nights are for building a global SaaS with Laravel.
The goal isn't just to replace my salary. It's to prove you can build a world-class product from anywhere and buy your freedom!
So now you see the power of AI.
But don't just use this sloppy mess.
Learn from it.
Take the good parts and integrate it into your own product.
We at picmim.com will be taking inspiration from OpenClaw but built in a secure way that fits our product.
The future is exciting!
So this is how skynet starts ?

USA u good ?
Keev we talked about this...
You have to let Claude Code review the code beforehand
Ahhhh shit here we go again who pushed to prod this time ?
So the last couple of days I have been working at full throttle with my AI agent coding setup.
Here is what I learned so far:
First let me quickly go through my setup. Currently I am using 3 things for my coding needs.
- Claude Code
- Z.ai's GLM Pro Coding Plan
- PHPStorm
So what do you think of the new W Social that was announced in davos ?
I am really excited to get another EU alternative!
Decided to start posting on bluesky again more frequently.
X is... horrible
Its horrible I am always lost when I need to do something on the go
I would say that this setup gave me a boost of around 4-8x depending on the tasks at hand.
It's time to start embracing AI as the future of coding but remember that the core of any change has to be deep human understanding.
The best setup I have found that works for me is having a main agent work on a complex features with me deeply involved in the process while having 1 or 2 agents working on smaller tasks that are simpler making sure you always make a plan with the agents and review the code afterwards.
So I have tested this setup with up to 4 agents working on different features at a single point in time and I discovered that the agents while working quite well are still in need of quite a bit of guidance. It requires context switching, especially if they are working on more complex features.

Interesting read il try it with our site as well!
Last couple of finishing touches on a new supporting feature for our users.
We found out quite early that people are having trouble navigating our platform when they first join since there are quite a bit of features.
This is why we built a tour with our new AI assistant mascot Pixel!
Sometimes updates are not fancy.
You have to build the backend system that most people won't notice.
But the experience will be better in the end.
These changes are the last 20% of polish that will make your product truly great!

So we got quite a few requests to make our calendar drag and drop.
Since we now live in 2026 everyone expects the calendars to be drag and drop but our first implementation wasn't.
After 2 weeks of work we finally released our new drag and drop calendar!
You can check it out on picmim.com

No announcements, no beta labels, just pure validation.
Instagram collaboration posts just graduated from this process.
Three edge cases discovered and fixed. The final bug was a permissions edge case that only triggered under specific brand-collaborator relationships.
The "quiet launch" approach is probably the best quality hack we've implemented at Picmim.
We ship fast⦠new feature every week, but speed without quality is just technical debt in disguise.
So everything goes through a week of silent, brutal testing by my co-founder first.
Z.ai has an amazing Black Friday deal currently.
I have been using it now for 3 months, It's on the level of Claude but 5x-10x cheaper.
This is literally the only Black Friday deal I have bought this year.
I went with the 126$ yearly deal on the Pro plan which is a steal.

Today is a good day to start working on your dream.
Because itβs still useful knowledge.
I am not sure what he does behind the scenes because I never used any of the products he sells but at least the knowledge he provides is solid.
He might be a scammer I don't know and I definitely don't agree with everything he says but if there is one thing he is good at it's selling and marketing.
I try to learn from the best even if I don't agree with them or like them.
