10-15 years weight gain differences heh, could be alot fatter but I came a long way (70kg something in that photo, I started at 50kg, now i'm 153kg :3)

It's a fairly minor contribution to getting bigger tho, not worth wrecking your sleep schedule and being tired all the time with all the other side effects I'd say.
