The City of Harrisburg will not work with ICE unless it is forced to by court order or federal or state law, under a bill passed by council Tuesday night.
During a recent discussion with Politico’s Dasha Burns, Fetterman lauded Trump by making a dubious claim.
“I’m not defending the president, but I will say that he hasn’t defied a single court order yet,” said Fetterman. “He hasn’t.”

HMAC said the city refused to renew the venue’s health and mercantile licenses.

Retired Justice Sandra Schultz Newman, the first woman elected to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, died Monday.
She was 87.
Newman, who retired from the high court in 2006, was remembered by her former colleagues as a “trailblazer for women” and “a remarkable jurist.”
