I'll be this person, sorry not sorry. Completed the 3rd training session of the "run 5k in May/Couch to 5k"-journey. First week done. It's still just intervalls for 30 minutes but day 1 I walked and ran 2.34 km and today 3.06 km. Baby steps. 🥺
