The backstory is that you were playing a claw game and it fell on you... And you woke up in a fantasy world (isekai) where you're a hero with claw machine powers.

I also wrote the following theme:

While the inputs are limited, the analog nature really gives you a wide range of options - you scroll through the "fan" menu with the left button and select with the right and then control the x and y axis of the claw with the two buttons when the claw machine is present.

But if making RPG battle mechanics AND physics based claw machine wasn't enough, one of our teammates designed an alt controller called the Squishtroller that has two analog buttons that change input based on pressure.

For Global Game Jam @ GDC we made a turnbased RPG where each action you select during battle spawns a branded claw machine where you can grab buffs/debuffs and if you miss, you miss your attack. Instead of RNG or dice rolling... It's claw-NG.

I've been running gdcparties.com for a few years now. Some shitty company BlueberryAI decided they'd just take all the source code for the work I've done and reskin it, advertising it as their own. Jokes on them...it was still linked to my events spreadsheet, and now their website looks like this 😉

When, in reality, doing that every time to "pirate" would be annoying AF and you couldn't play online - you'd be better off actually jailbreaking your console if you wanted to get stuff for free.

That's how it works now: the device it's on has to be connected to the Internet so the privileges can be *revoked* before they'll add them to the new device.
