As my favorite music decade, this is a Sophie's Choice situation. But, if I have to pick....Song 2 by Blur.
The Gin Blossoms are one of the best bands of the 90s. I will die on this hill.
Nope. But I could give you at least the street name and the order of moves. Dates at least down to the month and year. I've lived in 4 states.
I don't hate the tie, but with a grey suit....barf.
I saw a preview and was legitimately boggled. They aren't blindfolded, so you can get at least a ballpark of their age just by looking. I know more people are having procedures to hide aging, but you can still tell.
That’s what I picture too. But I’ve never seen the item in the picture. My partner knew what it was down to the brand. Apparently, we have one. 🤷🏻♀️
the best word I can think of is a percolator. But I’m not sure that’s exactly it. I’m from the west coast of the United Stated (Oregon)
I have a pact with myself that every time I see this video posted, I must watch it. I am never, ever disappointed.
It's coming in a few weeks for me. Thankfully, it is right before spring break. I'll spend the first couple of days in a fog.
I love this series so much! I can't wait to get it for my classroom!
Oh man, I'm right back on our brown and orange plaid couch with wooden armrests.
These are great. Even after 20+ years, there are things for me to learn, or relearn. I have a student teacher right now, and I'm going to share this with her as well.
Thousands of protesters marched to Portland's ICE building Saturday.
Demonstrators were met with large clouds of tear gas, pepper balls and flash-bangs shortly after their arrival.

(hint for teachers: using AI to give feedback is the ultimate hint that you don't care about what you're reading and that is a lesson that student writers carry with them beyond your classroom so please don't do that)
I hate it here.
Seeing people holding those signs made me sick to my stomach.
I've called my rep and was told she has been getting a lot of calls encouraging a no vote. I hope she follows through.
Good for her! I hope she has some wonderful garden summers ahead of her.
Not a state park, but Timothy Lake is my favorite spot.
No thank you.
This was one of my faves this year, and it's always on a student's desk in my classroom. It's popular!
I'm not Gen Z, but the first question I asked my partner when I messaged him in early 2017 was what his opinion about the election outcome. He responded appropriately.
Ranch or bbq sauce. Or if they are seasoned perfectly, nothing.
Ugh. I (kind of) get being disappointed with third. But I am the furthest thing from competitive athlete status. I seriously doubt extra weight was the reason she placed third.
PRODUCER 1: Okay, so: Curtain up. It’s Christmas Eve. A young girl named Clara is opening gifts. One happens to be from her favorite uncle, a kind of creepy mask-wearing guy named Drosselmeyer.
PRODUCER 2: Don’t love this...
I should actually be there!
On the first Saturday of winter break, I'm sitting on the couch, drinking a martini, listening to Dire Straits on vinyl, and looking at the Christmas tree. It's a special kind of perfect.
That is a good man. I have gotten off the couch, but I do not plan to get dressed in real clothes or leave.
I hate perfect attendance incentives. Hate. My school was doing something schoolwide when there were a certain number of days with overall attendance at 90% or 95%. Either it's not happening this year, or we haven't done it. It's a new leadership year.
