Can someone generate an AI image of #starmer as the cowardly lion?

Leader of the nation? We'd be better off with a chocolate teapot

Where is Starmer? The world is on the brink and the cowardly lion had nothing to say, again.

When was the last time #netflix produced something actually decent and innovative? It seems to have thrown away it's early groundbreaking niche genre innovation and replaced it with mountains of middle of the road average rating cruft.

If he can't find the courage to wholly reject what Trump stands for then he has no place being the prime minister of our country.

Here's to all the #arcraiders who #dontshoot and end up on the nice servers giving away gear and helping out strangers! You make the game!

And it's probably more relevant politically today than it ever has been.

@stephenking.bsky.social predicted this very situation in Under the Dome.

So long #chrisrea off to the Great big auberge in the sky.
A great songwriter and a hugely underrated blues guitarist.

Funnily enough I'm seeing them in February, and I've even persuaded my eldest to come along!

I could be critical and say that it's Suede playing to their audience, but it's more than that. It feels new and fresh while drawing from a lot of old influences (for me there's a lot of the cure). But yeah it's a smasher

When looking at band's long term trajectory I often refer to trainspotting "ya get old, ye cannae hack it any mair". But Suede are totally rejecting that trope. If they keep reinventing themselves they're going to out-do even the Bowie himself!
A plaudit that I'm sure they would appreciate.

That's crazy, people will just move to another platform. Personally I'm not giving them a penny of my money. They still owe me for all the years they sold my data to third parties without my consent.

A new revision of the Fabian society so he could have parties with his middle class academic chums and pat themselves in the back. I was Very disappointed by his talk and I suspect #bbc won't be asking him back.

Reith lecturer accuses BBC of cowardice for censoring his remarks on Trump Dutch writer Rutger Bregman says claim that Trump was ‘most openly corrupt president in US history’ was removed

I attended Rutger Bregman's #reithlecture in #edinburgh.
Frankly I found him to be full of hot air. His calls for a new utopia were pie in the soy ideas. When pressed on his to make this a reality he couldn't present any plan. He was more interested in creating

If you want to know why people aren't engaged with the media, and what's wrong with modern Britain. It's article on staff recommended Christmas gifts is a list of middle class snobbish tat. 42 quid for an ice cream scoop.

Surely this is targeted directly at their voter base? They've lost the right to reform, the left are quickly abandoning them for the greens, all they have left are middle of the road middle class, green car driving families.
