Well I made the sourdough starter from scratch, but other than that.

Today's baking was successful. Homemade sourdough pretzel bites with cheese dipping sauce

Day 3
Veggie sprout!! And we attempt the sourdough bread today.

So just had a tiny scare. We using tiller and it ripped up and cut a wire. Lucky for me, it's a hopefully useless one. When they put in our internet, they put it in the wrong place, so I think I found the wire he left. 😅

Ok so this is yummy pizza. Now we can make pizza dough from something you waste. Yayyyy

So it's time to experiment with this starter.. made a pizza crust and now I'm making it a BBQ chicken pizza. 🤞

So the sourdough starter had doubled in size, full of air bubbles!!!

So day 2, I'll show you another project. I have made a perfect sourdough starter. When I make the bread, I'll show you all. 💙💙

I may suck at posting but I'm going to try. So here goes. I've gotten stuff to garden. Wish me luck.
