A Classic.

Humanity is the same all over the world. Kindness, trust, and being openhearted wins over all. Favorite part of the trip so far. Will remember this for the rest of my life.

We sat and had a great little break from the rain and paid. I said "it's a beautiful day" in Japanese and she thought it was so funny because it has been raining all day. When we left she stood outside and waved us away like my grandparents did when I was young and leaving their house.

Blazen and I were walking back from Suntory in an old neighborhood in Kyoto, and saw this coffee shop off the beaten trail, we went in and it was just this old ladies house. We took off our shoes and she led us to her tatami room and she made us both an espresso.
