We need more freedom. Freedom to treat ourselves better, freedom to be kind to others, freedom to be nice. Now we need to face the fact that we are part of society, which we are the only ones who are responsible for. Eventually people matter, and supporting right people in right places is important.

小学生のころ将棋を結構やっていて、アマ初段になったところでやめたんだけど、今将棋を練習するとアマ二段くらいはあるらしく、大人になるって素晴らしいなとなっている。
北海道はともかく（むしろ漢字が当て字なので）、それ以外だとカタカナ地名は個人的には違和感ありますね。やっぱり、カタカナは外来語に使う意識が強くて地名と相性悪い気がします。
各社のポイントアプリでぶっちぎりで使いづらいのはJREポイントで、そもそも開くのが遅すぎる（30秒くらいかかる）。そりゃそちらのお偉いさんはポイント貯めたりしないのはわかるけど、ポイント貯めるごとに顔認証が必要なの、おかしいと思わないのかな？
成功者が一般に倫理的でないから、成功するために倫理を捨てる、みたいな話、論理的に誤りな以前に人間であることをやめてしまったらそれは成功というより失敗だよなあ。

石見銀山、今回はあだちさんというガイドの方が大当たりでめちゃ楽しい時間を過ごせました。間歩、街並み、武家屋敷と満喫できました。
秋葉原のほたて日和というラーメン屋に行きたいと思ったけど、3時間前に記帳する必要があるらしく全然無理無理だった。
上から他人のスマホが落ちてきて、俺の手と頭と体の間の空洞をすり抜けていった。
広尾のコーヒー屋さんのバリスタさんがマレーシアに15年くらい住んでいたらしく、アジアについての話で盛り上がった。ちょうどこの前バンコクに行った時に現地の人と話した内容とも符号していて、やっぱり日本の存在感はドンドン薄くなっていっているし物価の差もドンドン縮まっている。日本は安すぎるし、安いから世界中から人が来る。
出羽守をやりたいわけではなくて、日本は本当に取り残されてしまうんじゃないかと思うしそれが嫌。せめてソフトウェアの領域くらいはなんとかならないか、という視点で色々やっていきたい（Rubyもあるし）。

Obsidian in my iPhone doesn’t work well. I know phones are tools for consumption, not for production, but it still frustrates me so much. Maybe Obsidian Sync is what I need, but missing API capability that would allow me to access the content of Obsidian from iPhone pulls me back.

I miss you, Bangkok! This was the last day of the trip to Thailand for #rubyconfth. It was awesome, and I immediately noticed that 6 days are not enough at all to experience Bangkok (especially when being a speaker for the conference :)) Next time I keep more time, see you there!
