3 years ago today, the Elmwood store in Buffalo, NY organized and won a union.

Since then, we've grown, fought, and won - together. As workers prepare for what we hope is the final phase of negotiations with the company, we're celebrating our strength and solidarity today! Here's to MANY more ✊

They're joining over 520 Starbucks stores that have organized, and soon they'll be able to add their voice at the bargaining table as we finish up the foundations of our union contracts!
