My social app usage has dwindled tremendously this year. Off Threads, barely here, no news app. Reading and YouTube are my go to now to protect my time. What’s the point in voluntarily making myself miserable in my spare time? What does that serve?

My experience of social media is a constant battle between “People should be free to post whatever they want!”, and “why the hell are you posting that?”
