All aboard! Seoul is currently trialling the new Hangang Bus service, a commuter ferry service for the Han River which will travel between Magok and Jamsil docks.

Members of the public have been signing up to test the service which is set to launch in full from September.

Subway fares to increase by 150 won to 1,550 won in capital area Subway fares in the capital area will increase by 150 won ($0.10) to 1,550 won sometime in the first half of the year, according to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Monday.

Seoul plans to raise the subway fare in the first half of 2025 by 150 KRW.
The most recent fare increase was in October 2023. The new base fare will then be 1,550 KRW. #SeoulMetro
