Do you dream in color or greyscale? With sound or without sound?

I pop all of my joints multiple times a day, maybe 5 or more. Neck, shoulders, back, hip, elbows, fingers, ankles. I don't pop my wrists because if done wrong I can't pick up anything. I lose all strength so avoid that.

Also drink enough liquid, even if not water, I keep hydrated with juice or tea.

Are you good at the ball and cup game? Never spent the time to get good. I love how clean and organized it is 😺
