Been traveling for roughly 24 hours now, and I haven’t even started my longest flight of 9 hours.

Heading to the airport in a few hours where I spend the night for my flight back to Denmark tomorrow. First time I haven't had to spend 24 hours there, and it makes me feel like I'm missing so much stuff lmao.

I KNOW that I'm ready, but don't feel ready.

Is there a word for being very depressed, but also grateful? Like I am generally a positive person, but I often find myself feeling very "bottom of the barrel" but I know the little things in life are going good for me. I get my coffee, decent enough food, and water. But I just feel off most days.

Add cumin to everything and change your life.

Why yes, I will make it a part of my personality to be a white person that handles very spicy food with ease no matter how annoying it is.

Happy Valentine’s Day! I get to be forced back to the states away from my wife because people wrote fake words on fake paper one day saying I can’t just live and integrate in Denmark. I have to jump through hoops like a circus animal first.

Having to go back to the states in a few days and it’s so draining man. I am desperate for the day I can just stay in Denmark. This trip is so taxing and I just got off of a sinus infection. I feel unprepared.

I’m getting too old to be online these days. I can’t be sitting here getting mad about bad things happening to a character by a villain. That is the point.

Please just move on man. It’s all made up, and never that deep. It’s your choice to intake what someone else has made.

Off topic from traveling, but it’s so funny to me that people are coming to realize that Veilguard feels off without a core writer being involved like… yeah?

As a WoW player, I know all about the vibe feeling off because core writers to the lore cease working and saw it a mile away.

Also after having learned part of the “pirate” accent is due to the Dutch sailors, the pirate hard Rs are that much more noticeable every time the intercom plays here.

At least I got micro naps this time. There are times I’ve raw dogged it and let me tell you the value of a 20 min nap is a game changer.

Landed in Amsterdam and now it’s just a cool wait until my last flight of the day. Then I can shower and relax. It’s within my grasp now.

I’m so tired.

The only thing holding together my mortal form after 20+ hours in the airport.

Reaching the point in my journey where I am so close to actually starting the journey part, not just sitting in an airport lobby for 26 hours.

Just an hour more and I can go through security and grab a warm snack then wait another 4 hours. But at least I’ll be in the REAL airport.

Managed to actually find a secluded area to lay down and nap a bit so at least the night didn’t feel terribly long. Didn’t get to play any Dragon Age tho.

I’ve got 5 ish hours until check in so I’m stalking the coffee shop until they open.

Man, already so tired and I’ve got 26 hours to go in the airport until my then 18ish hour trip.

It’s all worth it tho.

Starting my trip back to Denmark tomorrow. Going to have to stay overnight at the airport but at least that means I get to catch up on Dragon Age while I wait.

Kinda hyped to have that much time uninterrupted ngl.

I'm learning that I actually find liminal spaces comforting and this is the most liminal photo I've taken myself of a nearly empty airport I was in while traveling.

I don't know where this endeavor will take me, or how long it will take to get off the ground, but I have some links to mark a little starting line.
