Built a new in-app news feature for Grunnaro.
Site admins can now post updates that users see when they log in — useful for new features, important changes, or planned downtime. Users can turn the popup on or off, and read all news later from the user menu.

Thanks, I think it look good too 😁
Just added a one-time welcome message for new users in Grunnaro.
Small detail, but it makes the first experience clearer and gives people an easy way to reach out if they get stuck.

Small change, but a clearer one: I renamed Intake to Idea in Grunnaro.
The goal is to make it more obvious what belongs there — a place to capture and shape ideas before they turn into actual work.

Intakes in Grunnaro are now reorderable.
You can drag items into the order you actually want to review, clarify, and turn into work instead of letting ideas just pile up in random order.
Small feature, but it makes planning feel much better.

I’ve built the product.
Now I’m stuck on something harder: getting anyone to actually test it.
Grunnaro is an async-first project tool for developers who want clearer flow from discussion -> todo -> code, without heavy process.

I like the last one with the gradiant. The other get to plain and to distracted to look at.
I have no idé, I only do this at evenings when family is asleep so I don't check. If I'm not tired I guess I can manage two projects while one is making things I can verify and think about the next step. I think mostly it is thinking what need to be done anyway. But I try to make small changes
You shouldn’t be able to hide work.
In Grunnaro, assigned todos can now stay at the top — always visible. Optional, but built for transparency.
Also fixed a dark mode issue in news.

I don't know how much, but I can do it while I watch TV. Make a promt and then verify it was done correctly. So I still wait more for the code to be done then verify. But have two project is doable. Have one agent making the code and then I can verify the other.
Coming soon ™️
Just published this month’s Grunnaro update.
March was mostly about polishing the beta: smoother todo flows, bug fixes, dark mode, better personal overview, and cleanup.

What have you been working on this month?

Today’s progress on Grunnaro:
Added comment edit history — so changes are visible over time.
Also added the ability to flag inappropriate comments.
Transparency + moderation without losing context.

I have a little problem just making one thing. My mind is constantly thinking of projects. The problem right now is I can have multiple agents doing stuff while I verify the other. 3 projects was little to much thought 🤔
Small update in Grunnaro today — showing todo titles in the git flow with linked todos.
Makes it easier to understand what actually changed.
Curious — how do you balance multiple side projects with a full-time job and family?

Today’s progress on Grunna:
Added a personal stats view to understand my own workflow — completed over time, cycle time, and current load.
Private by design.
The goal isn’t tracking people, but understanding how work flows.

Yeah, that’s a great idea.
It makes a lot of sense — I just want to make sure it’s presented in a simple and clear way so the history is easy to follow.
I’ll add this as an improvement, thanks for the input!
Yeah, that’s the tricky part.
I’m currently testing a short edit window, but I’ve also been thinking about keeping the original version visible.
That way you can fix mistakes without completely losing the context of the discussion.
Yeah, exactly — that’s the kind of noise I want to avoid.
Curious though: should editing be unlimited, or time-limited to preserve some history in a project context?
Today’s progress on Grunna:
Added the ability to edit comments after posting.
Small feature, but it makes discussions feel much more natural.
Curious — should tools allow editing, or keep comments immutable?

I underestimated how much this matters.
Added full light / dark mode to Grunna today.
Same workflow — completely different feel.

Spent some time reworking the Grunnaro landing page.
Trying to explain the “finish work, not just plan it” idea more clearly.
Surprisingly hard to get right.

Thanks for the feedback, I will take a look at your project in the future. It look promising
Working through the whole Grunna UI to support proper light and dark mode.
Also cleaning up a lot of small UI inconsistencies.
Curious: what would make you try a new project tool?

Working on the "My Space" view in Grunna.
A personal workspace showing todos and intakes assigned to you across projects.
Makes it easier to see what actually needs your attention.

Indie devs:
I’m building a project tool and looking for a few people willing to try it and give honest feedback.
Use it for real work and tell me what’s confusing or broken.
