Getting the 10th pick is good. But Trading Dexter Lawrence at 28 reminds me a lot of trading Leonard Williams away at 29 who was just the fulcrum of Seattle's defensive line that dominated for a Super Bowl win. If Lawrence returns to his previous level of play, NYG probably regrets it.
