Хейтспіч (Hatespeech) - is a Ukrainian punk-rock group, that was born due to war.

I checked, and drones from the video flew for 15 mins. So, you need:

1) Deliver them in close range
2) Have mobile infrastructure to launch/grab/recharge
3) Know when planes gonna takeoff/land
4) Launch them in correct timing

If you are that close to airfield, you can already fuck things up.
