Decided to take a break from doom scrolling and watch Les Mis while working on the neverending stockinette body of my Dissent Sweater. It has taken 2 and a half hours to watch 1 and a half hour. Open concept living room/kitchens absolutely suck.

I work in healthcare, specifically home health. Medicaid and VA are a huge population that depend on home health for everything from medicine set ups to severe wound care. This will devastate these patients, and many will definitely fall into a worst case scenario.

Not only will this drastically impact our patients, but this hits home as well. My brother in law is special needs and fully disabled. My husband is his paid caregiver. The repercussions of #Medicaid losing funding is only the start.

This is literally the only good news I have seen today. Can't wait!!

I work on the corporate ops side of Home Health. My staff haven't seen an outage - yet. This is definitely something I am monitoring very closely. This will have disastrous consequences. My company alone has a massive Medicaid population that will be devastated. My heart hurts.

5 rounds from finishing the color work on my Dissent sweater. So of course I get to the end of the round to find I screwed up - in the 2nd pattern repeat of the round. Time to drink tea, contemplate ripping back 500+ stitches of double stranded lace weight, while questioning my life choices. #knit
