At the bottom of Old Northwick Road it turns into a dirt track. At the end of the dirt track is the car park. No parking at the stables.

Willow Warbler.

Willow Warbler.

Northwick, Worcester this morning. This Willow Warbler & an increase in Blackcaps were the only new birds in overnight. It was a pleasure to watch it busily feed & sing. The female Redstart is still present feeding along the marsh fence line. Whitethroats continue to establish territory #WorcsBirds

Yes. It’s part of the trail. I used to go as far as Bevere Weir but these days I just watch the Northwick end of the trail and the surrounding fields.

Green Sandpiper

Green Sandpiper

Normally the 1st Whitethroats of spring are passing through. But by its behaviour this male looks to be settled, displaying and with a female close by. This is my earliest patch record.

Wow!! North Hill #MalvernHills this morning. SEO dropped in briefly before being mobbed & departed W. Trying to relocate the Owl I later returned to Chat Valley to find a Black Redstart & a Wheatear followed by a Ring Ouzel. Then I found another Black Redstart in North Valley. Amazing. #WorcsBirds

I’m presuming this is the male carrying what looks like a toy ball. The bird did drop this & dived after it. Unfortunately he didn’t succeed in catching it.
