Anyway the real gem of this season that isn't Witch Hat Atelier (because that'd be cheating) is "Botan Kamiina Fully Blossoms When Drunk" because yuri brings the world together and makes it more peaceful (actually it's just got some great characters and greater vibes to vibe along to)

I think the concept (or at least how I understand it) could work pretty well if done more carefully but we could never be so lucky, of course. So I'm left saying that it's a bad show I inexplicably enjoy and will maybe end up being one of three people to watch until the end.

Episode two down and I still don't know if I'm actually enjoying it or not. There's a lot going on and the explanations for things just add more questions and not in a good way... but I'm not bored or frustrated watching it for some unknown reason that I can't explain.

They even said I've been unsuspended on one account but NOPE I guess that account is gone for good now.

Guess I'll have to manually search every art site I know for art of the characters I like from now on... 🙃🙃🙃

It doesn't have something like Hibiki and Miku sharing the top of a bunk bed despite being "friends" though so 0/10 absolute slop try again next time

Definitely don't think it'll end up holding up if I think critically about it, but I just need good characters, good music and good action for it to hit like I want to, and so far I'm liking those aspects well enough (the music being the exception in a good way, as I think it's great so far)

But there is A LOT thrown at you, so I think the next few episodes will decide if I keep watching or not. It's not an instant love like Symphogear was (which, tbf, has a really good first episode), but I can see myself liking it.

As a newborn Symphogear fan I obviously had to check out Ghost Concert: Missing Songs, and I have mixed but overall positive feelings.

It's way more complex than the first episode of Symphogear was, and that does worry me, but I think I enjoyed it good enough that it shouldn't matter too much.

The new Frieren opening makes me so happy every week and it's really sad that we only have one more episode left with it. Definitely much better than the first season's openings (in my opinion, of course)

I don't know if it's my favourite opening ever, but it's definitely the best of the season.
