A GHA for minding things you expect to away. So if you, say, exempt a test/action/lint/etc., you add a comment like: `# temporarily broken - fail-after:2026-04-22` and the action will fail tests after that day if that comment is still there.

Hey @buildkite.bsky.social - Can public pipelines please be accessible via the API even if you're not a member of the org? They're public, and I don't want to scrape the webUI just to get build stats. That'd be super helpful to the F/OSS community. <3
