This was expected… I’m glad I migrated over to the new Deploy when I did. I’ve only got significantly smaller projects on Classic still.
Deno is pulling the plug on the “Classic” version of Deploy. Got an email saying:
“As part of this transition, Deploy Classic [omitted URL] will be shut down on July 20, 2026 — approximately four months from now. After this date, your projects on Deploy Classic will stop serving traffic.”

From my limited understanding, the data ownership (PDS) part of atproto pretty easy/simple/cheap. The AppView part is much harder, which is why there are few.
