I used to like driving when I was younger and maybe that was because I did long drives more frequently, but now it's all stress.

I need to orient my life in such a way that I can avoid driving… especially during rush hour.

I can feel my hair greying any time I drive a vehicle.

I remember there was a time when it was a best practice to avoid including editor specific settings in open source projects, but these days everyone seems to do so for VS Code. I will say it is kind of nice when there are suggested extensions.

ya I think you’d have to do that and like lock down the capabilities. There is a chapter of the Git manual that covers some server stuff, but it seems pretty primitive. git-scm.com/book/en/v2/G...

Isn’t that just connecting to Git via SSH? Or are you thinking an HTTP server?

This was expected… I’m glad I migrated over to the new Deploy when I did. I’ve only got significantly smaller projects on Classic still.

Deno is pulling the plug on the “Classic” version of Deploy. Got an email saying:

“As part of this transition, Deploy Classic [omitted URL] will be shut down on July 20, 2026 — approximately four months from now. After this date, your projects on Deploy Classic will stop serving traffic.”

From my limited understanding, the data ownership (PDS) part of atproto pretty easy/simple/cheap. The AppView part is much harder, which is why there are few.

Maybe grid using columns as padding could be one way.

ya, I’ll try to get a bug report in for this one. It doesn’t seem like a common use case, was mostly my own curiosity.
