cool format but it sucks that 98% of it is either superhero-adjacent or hyper-violent. so many interesting things could be done through it.

dude there are so many of these. boring is correct. imo they suffer from something similar to the message-is-king approach that 90s-00s Christian media took. art, prose, novelty, and invention are all afterthoughts.

also within 5 years social media (particularly short form video) has become completely alien and mystifying. i'd have no idea how to promote anything there without adding hours of additional work per day.

i suspect that anything purely audio is supremely difficult to promote right now. for my part, i'd be terrified to release anything without an accompanying high effort game because that's the only major differentiator i'm capable of and I'm not connected well enough to music/audio people.
