Nope, there is no way to get past ante 39 in any capacity, even Mr. Bones who can usually save you from death can't because you have to obtain 25% of the required chips in a blind where there is no number of chips

Starting ante 39, the blinds are naneinf as well, and naneinf cannot beat naneinf, because neither are actually real numbers. So Ante 39 is a guaranteed run ender

Also, you need the Serpent boss for naneinf with this method, and Ante 32 must be a finisher blind so Ante 32 boss will probably kill
