Incompetent franchise

Pack of the Week. Doubled up Teddy Higuera. Short but spectacular career. Got to the Bigs at 27 and had about 6 full seasons. From 86-88 he had 23.1 WAR. Had that Prior/Harvey type of career. Elite but only for a short time unfortunately.
