Showing up even when you don't feel like is what makes the difference
Nice!
Work like you've never won....and hope for the win like you've never lost
The content problem nobody talks about:
It's not "I don't know what to post."
It's "I have TOO much to say and no idea where to start."
Notes
Ideas
Half-written drafts.
A voice memo from 3 wks ago.
The content exists.
The system doesn't.
That's the real block.
Does this sound like you?
hahahah
April 2024 was the worst month of my founder journey
Revenue flat
Someone copied our entire SaaS
Two big users publicly complained
Wanted to pivot. Rebrand. Start over.
But said "Let's just stick around."
Then realised:
Customers still loved our product.
We'd just never heard from them before.
yup
yes true that
๐ค
exactly...the feature you're most proud of is probably the one nobody uses
Keep going Mike!! We've got your back..
Hmm interesting.
Whatever your 'users' want is always the best product strategy..
Good one!
lol
Most founders almost kill their SaaS in year one.
Not because of competition.
Not because of money.
But they keep building features nobody asked for.
- Got an idea at 11.
- Build over weekend.
- Ship it Monday.
- Nobody used it.
Just talk to users.
That dark mode isn't gonna pump your MRR.
Yeah....that's actually true! I might have something for you ;)

Interesting! And what are you doing to tackle this? Have you tried AI or some tools/frameworks?
This is actually true....we need to take everything with a grain of salt.
Talk to your customers before you build anything.
Well said Cj!
lol
haha!! good one
Good one! It's called "Social" Media for a reason.....be social
Solo creators on Bluesky!!
What's your biggest content problem right now?
a) Coming up with ideas
b) Posting consistently
c) Growing an audience
d) Something else
Genuinely curious. Building something for you.

Well said!
Well said Luca!
The best business advice I can ever give:
"Talk to your customers before you build anything."
Many founders buils first. Talk later.
Spend months on features nobody asked for.
Start asking before building.
Don't make this mistake.
Talk first. Build second.
