Pikmin models are very refreshing to build. They challenge me in ways that MH monsters can’t.

Tomodachi Life 3 has been a cure for depression for me.

My productivity was at an all time low due to some very unfortunate happenings in my family this past few weeks.

Yesterday I was able to build some models and make time to play the game. Feels 😊 nice.

One of my biggest LEGO inspirations when I was a child was the work of Filip Johannes Felberg (photo on the right).

Although he doesn’t post any LEGO builds online anymore, I will never forget his determination and dedication to the franchises he loves.

Eve and I spent the day building Lego Anjanath and Nargacuga MOCs from @pikminjake.bsky.social and it is so tempting to order the parts for more

I’ve been slowly chipping away at builds for Radobaan and Tzitzi Ya Ku.

Both are no where near done but at least you can see the progress I have made so far.

LEGO custom monster hunter Great Jagras instructions

The instructions pack includes the smaller Jagras as well!

I did not prepare an alternate model where Great Jagras gets bigger after eating, sorry.
It would've basically been an entirely different build altogether.

Finishing Gogmazios was a lot for me.

On top of that I’m dealing with some more personal stuff that’s been weighing me down.

I’ve been trying to refocus myself by working on the Pikmin LEGO side-project. I plan to announce it proper on April 1st. Stay tuned.

For those asking when Gogmazios is getting instructions:

I have a pipeline of monsters to get through first, Gogmazios is sitting at the very end of that list.

I still need to shelf-test him and see where improvements are needed in structure.

Alatreon kinda blends in with Gog and Akantor but he’s there too.

Because of his weight, he’s limited on what poses he can pull off.

In his lower jaw there is a light brick that makes his “frowny face” glow orange when pressed.

It’s based on the MH4U version, so it’s a dragonator on its back.

I started this build around summer last year, before they announced Gogmazios was returning to Wilds, and it turned out to be the most difficult project I’ve ever embarked on.

The largest LEGO Monster model I’ve ever built.

I finally finished Gogmazios… 👀👀

The terrain builds are designed for imaginative play and display!

Includes mineable Dragonite Ore and Firestone, as well as deliverable Powderstones, and a lava-fire spout action-activated play feature!

Ruin your Powderstone run... just like in the game!
