Hello, from Me, Florrie and Kora
"I'm just contemplating the fact that one moron, one psychotic moron, one capricious idiot, has completely bollocksed up the global economy not only to the detriment of his own people, but the detriment of the planet. ... It's like how much more of this can the planet take?"
Wouldn't it be cool to invest trillions of dollars into a technology that would actually make society better?
Maybe we can call it “HI” — Human Intelligence.
Instead of “data centers”, we could fund “schools”.
Instead of *stealing* art, literature, and science, we help people *create* it.
Crazy!
Out and about and secure parking would always be appreciated. (I bring my bike into reception at work)
People putting trolleys in bike parking is annoying, but that is Aldi's problem. Tesco have the red bikes which are better than Lidl wheel snappers.
New: Communities face spiralling fuel prices, exacerbating transport poverty and car dependence - and many need car-free alternatives for short trips. I've spoken to successful greenway campaigners, and produced a toolkit! so others can help assemble low-carbon transport routes in their areas

Whilst I am very pleased for you, I am still very jealous that Corby is still moaning that the potholes should be fixed first.
Schrodinger's cyclists - bikes should be banned / on the road / not on the road - anywhere but where cars are, but not so priviledged as to have their own lanes.
Lots of love to your mum Bambam.
I hope you feel in a better place soon. xx

We can do do things differently, we just have to want to.
Same applies to the USA food approval. Self regulated.
My son's are learning the same stuff as I did 40 years ago. Nothing has improved. Heartbreaking.
And Phil Collins plays the drums...
I'll not lie, I had to look it up.
Reminder.
I found the variety of bikes for all nature of disabilities striking. I don't see many hand cycles, recliner or tricycles in the UK, but they were fairly commonplace in the Netherlands.
In Belgium, employees receive compensation for every kilometre they ride, with some cyclists earning up to €810 per year.

Simple design choices like this keep people safe and naturally slow down motor traffic.
