A great Great Hammerhead Shark

For the last day of Shark Week Sketch Jam, I picked the Great Hammerhead Shark

Look at how great they are
They are truly the greatest

Final day of #sharkweeksketchjam! I chose the prehistoric shark Stethacanthus for my last shark.....truly a bizarre creature.

it's wildcard day, so i chose this prehistoric beauty! they lived in freshwater rivers and lakes during the Denovian period through the Triassic. their teeth were pronged, and they sported a long movable spine on the backs of their heads!

Its like a pocket great white heheh. I always like the side eye it gives

Last day of #sharkweeksketchjam and I just had to last minute draw them! I have a soft spot for sharks and shark week is one of my favorite events.

DAY 08. ORTHACANTHUS

My chosen prehistoric shark for today is Orthacanthus!!
They inhabited swamps and bayou of North America, known also for their very unique and distinctive bony protrusion from their head! I love these eel-shaped guys.

Today is the Greenland shark! These sharks are definitely living life in the slow lane, often cruising about passively. Unfortunately they're poorly studied because of how deep and remote they are. They've even been seen at depths of 7,200ft

DAY 07: GREENLAND SHARK 🌊🦈

Greenland Shark's have an incredible lifespan- the longest known of any known vertebra at a whopping 250-500 years! They're not sexually mature until they reach 150 years, with gestation periods taking 8-18 years.
