Our birdwatching did not go as planned last Monday. A shredded tire resulted in a $200 four mile tow and a brand new set of tires. 🤦🏼‍♀️ We will try again tomorrow to see the flocks of Snow Geese in Skagit Valley. #birdwatching #snowgeese

Every Wednesday, we have fresh ravioli on a bed of wilted spinach with whatever else looks good and an olive oil and balsamic drizzle. In this case, it was sautéed mushrooms and Gorgonzola.

I took this Thursday at Spring Lake just after an eagle flew low over the lake. 🦅

I had some of the grandkids (ages 1.5, almost 5, and 11) for a few days last week. One day, we took the ferry to Bainbridge Island, where we walked around and got some lunch. Then we rode back to Seattle, where we enjoyed the waterfront and rode the Great Wheel. It was a fun day! #seattle
